Summary: I agree wholeheartedly with shadowfax’s review: I had fun with this. It felt like the developers had a good time making it, and that came through. It made me laugh a number of times, there were some funny little animation easter eggs if you clicked on everything, along with a couple of good puzzles and mini-games, and it offered something a little different in the sort of sci-fi/fantasy setting.
Summary: This got my attention because it was a different theme than dark castles, maidens in distress, etc. The story is a little bizarre with Susan being grabbed and taken to another planet all because of an amulet her father gave her. There are strange "beings" on the planet and she has to deal with them as best she can to get home. I wasn't thrilled by this one after getting into it.
Summary: I am a big fan of games that balance puzzles with hidden object scenes, and E.P.I.C. is a great example of that. There is a lot of point-and-click action and a strong storyline, which revolves around a young woman named Susan who is abducted from her home planet and (initially) wants nothing more than a way home. E.P.I.C. clearly wants to provide an adventure experience for the gamer, hence the name.
Summary: Another rather SF adventure but more in the heroic fantasy manner (Martian Princess, Star Wars, you get the picture), with a combination of standard adventure mechanics and HO games style. I wont go to the details of the story you start as a simple girl on a small planet being abducted by air pirates and then you will see ... the game is worth trying. As previous review said there is a nice humor reminding a bit of Syberia.
Summary: I liked this game! The graphics are good, the story line is entertaining with a dash of humor in the dialogue, a bit of humor always earns points with me. The game isn't terribly long nor is it difficult at all but it is great fun. It is a light adventure with just a handful of HO scenes - and they are NOT standard HO scenes, the are quite creative - there is a built in replay value in the sense that you have a story line choice at the end of the game and if you want to...
