Summary: This game does no favors to those looking to avoid using Dogfight Mode to take down ace pilots. It's nearly impossible, no matter how good you are or how much you cheat, if you're into that. The rest of the game is amazing though. The actual flying and fighting is good, and you can even pilot helicopters, which is even better. Or be the gunner in one. It kinda bridges the FPS gap for some. If you like Ace Combat, this is a decent game to get.
People, the worst Ace Combat is still a great game!

Summary: I've noticed the majority of negative reviewers for this title, now and in the past when it was released on consoles, hammer home the fact that it's an action game with stupid rock music and missions stolen from Call of Duty and therefore it's terrible. Controls are fine, graphics are more than fine, guns feels satisfying, campaign isn't too short and there's a lot of variety in the missions, multiplayer (if you can find a match) is exhilarating, plot points and voice...
Better than many seem to think, polarizing at least

Summary: For a long time this game seemed interesting to me. Then I started reading reviews. You'd think the developers had killed some of these peoples children the way they trashed the game and acted like it was a et tu brute moment of betrayal to the fans. I think its fun. The combat is fast and entertaining. Most complaints seem to be about the dog-fight system, claiming it "flys for you!".
