Summary: This app was fun. Unfortunately, I disregarded all the reviews about it freezing up Kindles. Well, after about one level, it totally froze my Kindle to the point it had to be reset. I turned the Kindle off and plugged it in to charge overnight. When it wouldn't turn on, I thought it couldn't possibly be still stuck. I stuck an earphone in my ear and sure enough the game was still playing. I went on line and luckily the instructions to reset did the trick.
Summary: Program is flagged by my antivirus as containing malware/virus, and therefore does not install. A little investigation on Google reveals that this is a well-known fault... to everyone but me. Do yourself a favor and select another game. No problem with the seller, btw. I would order from them again.
Summary: I don't like the way the tiles look on this one, and the help stinks - when doing the level with the locked piece, I unlocked it as well as transporting thru the portals SEVERAL times - no help to say what else I have to do to get thru this level. There's no way the '7' tile can land on the unlocked key area, with where they have it located... Not a fun game at all; boring.
Summary: I have an older version of 7 Wonders and have loved the challenges and listing of highest scores to beat. I now have a new computer with Vista and instead of putting the older version on I decided to get this new updated version. It is such a disappointment!! There is no challenge. I never have to worry about running out of time or lives.
Summary: I have the other 7 Wonders games and still enjoy playing them. That's why I purchased 7 Wonders 3. I was not particularly impressed with the new game format, especially the repeated necessity to rotate the board. I usually play a new game through from beginning to end, before I make any judgment about it. I kept hoping that the challenges would become more entertaining.
