Summary: this was the second return hopefully the third time is the charm, the first one had a paddle shift that was not working, the second one had a press fitting with threads for mounting that fell out when i put screw in and i was unable to even try or use before sending back.
Summary: I would give 0 stars if I could. Opened for Christmas, within 30 minutes it stopped working. Between Dec 26,2012 and March 7 2013, I am still dealing with Thrustmaster. Their customer service is horrible, it takes them days to get back to you, After pages and pages of emails and calls to them to fix...
Sub-par quality in some key materials but when it works it performs very realistically

Summary: I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this time I feel I have to because of my painful experiences with the TM T500RS wheel. This review is very similar to Claudio Moreno's so I will not go into the painful dealings when trying to get help from the TM's customer service department.
Summary: IMO there are just too many options for this price to want to deal with a company from France where if something goes wrong (and if like mine, it will) you will be waiting for 2 weeks just to communicate with them through email.
Summary: This wheel is a total piece of crap. It is heavy, over priced and doesn't work right out of the box. You have download software from a computer. Forget help from tech support! What a total waste of money! Want some good advise by a Fanatec, multi-platform wheel.
Summary: The wheel worked really great while it did. The feel and force feedback was realistic and accurate. But after a couple hours the second morning of racing, the pedals were still responsive, but the steering quit.
Summary: I bought the T500 rs in march of 2011. Three months later the cooling fan started to sound like it was going to break off. I emailed thrustmaster customer support as my 30 day return period from amazon was over.
