Summary: I would give 0 stars if I could. Opened for Christmas, within 30 minutes it stopped working. Between Dec 26,2012 and March 7 2013, I am still dealing with Thrustmaster. Their customer service is horrible, it takes them days to get back to you, After pages and pages of emails and calls to them to fix this thing, they sent me a PCB board for me to try to fix their problem with wheel, that DIDN'T work, after 2 months they told me to send it back to Canada which cost me...
Sub-par quality in some key materials but when it works it performs very realistically

Summary: I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this time I feel I have to because of my painful experiences with the TM T500RS wheel. This review is very similar to Claudio Moreno's so I will not go into the painful dealings when trying to get help from the TM's customer service department. From the positive point of view, when this product works it performs very realistically but do not count on having fun for very long because it will eventually break.
Summary: This wheel is a total piece of crap. It is heavy, over priced and doesn't work right out of the box. You have download software from a computer. Forget help from tech support! What a total waste of money! Want some good advise by a Fanatec, multi-platform wheel. They are 10 times better, work right out of the box and are way fun to use. The most realistic of any setup there is.
Summary: I bought the T500 rs in march of 2011. Three months later the cooling fan started to sound like it was going to break off. I emailed thrustmaster customer support as my 30 day return period from amazon was over. They took two days to respond and started by asking me for a video in which they could hear the abrasive sound. I did so immediately. Customer service is located in France so they took another 24 hours to respond.
