Summary: I am surprised I don't see more folks in the flightsim community mentioning this joystick. I have had many, including the expensive saiteks, and this one has become my favorite. I find the spring and cup design used by Saitek to be a joke. I can't believe people pay so much for it. This joystick uses a hall sensor, and the motion and sensitivity is just excellent. Of all the joysticks I have owned, this one produces the finest, smoothest, and most stable inputs of any.
Summary: I have a few flight games that really aren't playable without a stick and this fits the bill perfectly. The control is smooth and responsive with more than enough buttons for any added functionality. I initially thought that the light ring indicating the stick had gone back to center would annoy me but I quickly grew accustomed to it and I now feel that it serves a useful purpose. There is one control that I'm not yet sold on and that is the accelerator slider.
My 4th T-16000M I keep buying them because they are the best for the pricepoint.

Summary: This is my fourth T16000m I fly flight sims many hours a day so I wear them out pretty quickly. This stick is very responsive and well set up. The only complaints I have are that the hatswitch is too slick so I always have to add some grip tape to it, also the hatswitch is a little weak. I did break the hatswitch on one of my sticks, but overall it is the best stick for the price.
Summary: This item arrived on time and is an excellent purchase. I like it very much and am VERY glad I ordered it. Thank you so much Amazon.com for the great price, good value and prompt delivery. I use this item frequently.
Summary: I purchased this stick to replace an inexpensive Logitech stick. Wow! What an improvement. No slop. Lights up with pitch/roll movement on stick. Pros: Very crisp Good tension, smooth action Base lights up green with stick input (x & y axis only, not RZ, slider, or buttons) Reversible grip for left handed use Weighted base Quality 'feel' While I think the stick is excellent, I have a few minor complaints: 1: Only 3 buttons on top of stick 2: Buttons on base of stick have...
Summary: Hall effect sensors mean you NEVER need to clean dust out of potentiometers, and better yet, it's got interchangeable side grips and a reversible hand-rest plate, and is otherwise COMPLETELY symmetrical, so it's adaptable for BOTH left and right-handed use. Being a southpaw, myself, that is worth its weight in rhodium (a few orders of magnitude more expensive by weight than platinum).
Summary: This stick is better than most I have purchased. Better quality than most I have used in the past and is lasting alot longer without any problems of loosening up, like I had in the past, with other sticks.
Summary: I have wrist problems, so I have to use a joystick instead of a controller. I keep wearing out the Logitec ones, so I tried this one. So far it seems to be built better and feels better when in use.
Summary: Over the years I have had many joysticks of all sizes and types with my previous the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro. The Logitech served me well for a couple of years, but can't come close to the performance of the Thrustmaster T-16000M that I purchased from Amazon recently. The T-16000M is very precise, accurate and smooth in operation.
