Thrustmaster Ferrari F430 Gamepad

30 June 2010
  • Summary: YES!! My favorite part of reviewing products - especially gaming products is when you get to test/play!!  I did just that; got my game face on, did my hand stretches and fired up a racing game or two and began "testing" out this sucker!  In every game it's different as to what buttons and controls you use whether it's on PC or console.  I played some NFS: Most Wanted, NFS: Undercover and Track Mania all the while the gamepad controller worked awesome.
  • Pros: Controls easy to reach, Easy installation, Great price, Extra buttons, PS3 compatible, more hand room to hold, not as small like a PlayStation controller
  • Cons: D-pad is one button/linked together, No button for jumping back to PS3 main menu, Doesn't work on out-of-the-box on every game

Thrustmaster Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition Review

24 June 2010
  • Conclusion: Overall I do like this controller a lot. Aesthetically it’s beautiful, and using it is a great experience, but I just wish it worked with more games than it does. If you’re a racing game fan then I think you’ll surely want this controller as the addition of the optical wheel really does help DragonSteelMods gives the Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition a 4 out of 5 score.

17 January 2010
  • Excerpt: We’ve all heard about Ferrari, the very powerful and equally expensive racing car manufacturer off in Italy. Well, strangely enough, Ferrari has joined teams with Thrustmaster, a manufacturer of PC and console accessories to bring us their new Ferrari Motors Gamepad F430 Challenge Limited Edition. So, how does this gamepad differ from a regular PS3 controller?
