Perfect for the price and starting wheel
9 November 2013
Summary: Awesome and good for starters. But after awhile of using it a lot I noticed that if I let go of the wheel it would turn a little by itself, which is really no issue if you're actually playing, and also the brake pedal is kind of hard to push down especially if you don't have the pedals secured or held down somehow.
Summary: I picked this up for $45 here and Amazon Prime free 2 day shipping. Having said that, I am very happy with this item. For what I paid this thing is awesome. It doesn't feel like the most solid wheel ever built but again, for the price, it does the job. I knocked off a star because the latest forcefeedback driver is broken and it appears the manufacturer is not going to do anything about it.
For its price, it's certainly very functional, and well made

Summary: I'll just say this, I've never owned a racing wheel before. I've always played racing games, simulation or arcade, with a controller, and while they play perfectly fine, I wanted to bring that feeling of sitting in an arcade racing game, with a sturdy wheel in front of you, and the pedals beneath your feet, where you feel the action of racing in your hands. For the most part, this wheel does that.
Summary: I wanted to update my review now that I've had it for a couple of months. One of the things I didn't mention in my previous review which I left in untouched, was the fact that I had a really hard time getting the force feedback to work. thrustmaster has an automated email response system that will give generic answers to your questions. And the 800 number seemed to be closed when ever I called, which was somewhat annoying.
