So horrible.

Terrell C., Amazon
14 May 2014
  • Summary: I am not a gaming elitist but this controller is on par with the horrid and cheap MadCatz controllers of the N64 era. Pros: -Nice texture (it feels better than most plastic controllers) -2 of the bumper buttons can be remapped (but only to the other buttons, i.e.

Not worth the money

FreelanceViper, Amazon
27 March 2014
  • Summary: I got this because I was looking for a upgraded controller. The only thing that was better about this one is the A,B,X,Y buttons. The controller failled within one week of use, one of the joysticks wouldn't register being moved to the left.

Dont get

uDesign, Amazon
12 September 2013
  • Summary: Don't waste your money. This thing has a known defect. Left thumb stick gets stuck in the down position. I used it a handful of times, mostly kept it in closet before it broke. Razer wouldn't do anything about it because warranty expired. garbage.

Absolute garbage

Greg T., Newegg
13 February 2013
  • Summary: I paid $60 for this on July. 17, 2012. When it's not being used it's kept in a canvas box. It's never been dropped or thrown. My playtimes usually last 2-3 hours. The first few months I had the Razer Onza Tournament Edition I recommended it to all my gamer friends.
  • Pros: The Onza TE worked great out of the box with its plug-and-play drivers. The design and rubberized texture feels comfortable in my hands and the buttons and sticks are super responsive.
  • Cons: After less than a year of ownership and not a ton of use, my Razer Onza Tournament Edition seems to have broken. For nearly a month now the controller will either turn its lights off and just stop responding mid-game; shrink the game to the desktop whenever a button is pushed; or fail to be recog...

Right Shape, wrong build quality

Michael G., Newegg
6 February 2013
  • Summary: The 360 and I have not had a good run, I'll fully admit. The default controllers that ship with the system put my fingers to sleep so for the last 4 years off and on I've been looking for the perfect controller.
  • Pros: Like I said in the title, the shape is right for it to be a comfortable controller. At first glance it looks pretty well made too and feels it. But....
  • Cons: I've owned 2 of these, both bought from a brick and mortar retailer. I bought the first in anticipation of a game that I wanted to play coming out (Mass Effect 3). It worked fine for about 3 months then the right analogue stick started 'sticking' in one direction and then spazzing out. Then the l...

Left trigger failed on original and replacement

Elijah D., Newegg
3 January 2013
  • Summary: Wish that the quality control was better, because otherwise this is an excellent product. Had the same problem twice, though, and then their customer service wanted me to jump through additional hoops to fix my problem.
  • Pros: Nice braided cord Adjustable analog sticks Improved D-pad
  • Cons: After around one month of light use left trigger failed. RAZER sent a replacement, which also failed in the same manner. I called them again and explained, and was told to write my complaint in an email. I've already spent too much time on this P-O-S, so I'm not bothering with it any more. Just n...
