Summary: Since I decided to keep costs down on the parts for my first computer build from scratch, I ended up with a Micro ATX motherboard. The problem? There's only one connection on the motherboard for my three case fans. This little piece resolved my issues. The black connectors appear to have a bit more juice running through them, pushing the fans at full speed, while the white connectors run the same fans at lower RPMs.
Summary: The connector worked good, I have 3 fans currently connected to it, and all of them work just fine. I was a little worried after some other connectors I had looked at for this purpose people had said were cheaply made.
Summary: I built my first ever Computer, but my motherboard ran out of fan headers to plug into my fans. So I waited a few weeks after my investment to pick these up. I would highly recommend them for those needing additional fan headers for their builds, especially with antec cases.
Summary: I didn't realize I'd need to purchase a power supply connector adapter for my Antec Nine Hundred Case with Antec EarthWatts EA-650 PS. I had purchased the same case five years ago along with an Antec PS for my previous build and did not realize that the needed an adapter. This did the trick.
