Summary: Functions perfectly for its intended purpose. Adds up to four fans from a single molex. Only suggestion would be to label the different plugs, as they provide different voltages and will spin fans at different speeds as a result.
Summary: I bought it as I only had one Fan Port on the motherboard. But I ended up getting a converter with the fan itself, so this became useless but I didn't return it. It does its job perfectly though.
Summary: Works. Very cheaply made. Not sure but I think one of the connections is lame. All the other ones the pins kept popping out of the connectors when I would go to plug them in. Wiggled them back in and it works alright. Don't think I would buy this product again.

Summary: Awesome way to control the fan speed if you want to set fans to low. Allows dual fans to be set to 5v or 12v or 4 fans 2 at 12v and 2 at 5v. Only way to make it better is change the molex connector to a SATA.
Summary: It has been about a little over a month since I got this installed in my computer. It has been working great for me and I have had no problems with it whatsoever. Overall it seems like a reliable product.

Summary: Since I decided to keep costs down on the parts for my first computer build from scratch, I ended up with a Micro ATX motherboard. The problem? There's only one connection on the motherboard for my three case fans. This little piece resolved my issues.
