Summary: So if you don't have a 3-pin PWR FAN connector on you card then do not buy this cooler. You need a fan that's connected to your GPU or else when your card gets hot it will not increase your fan speed.
Pros: Didn't burn up my $150 GTX 550 Ti AMP! card
Cons: This cooler didn't bring any of my temperatures down, not at idle, under medium load, and it brought up my temps under load. I had (with stock cooler) around 50C Idle then under load it was 85C. Well with this thing it was 50C idle and 90C under load. I feel lucky not to have burned up my card. I...
Summary: This heatsink cooler is being used to hold me over until a newer card, but it is definitely a lifesaver when I was seeing such high temperatures before.
Pros: I've had an ATI Radeon HD 4850 that came with its stock heatsink/fan two years ago. Recently, it has been idling at roughly 80-85 degrees Celsius, with loads of up to 94-104 degrees Celcius. Left the computer running at boot menu for a few hours to let the thermal paste and heatsinks get situated...
Cons: The vga ram heatsinks werent as sticky as I thought, but they appear to be doing just fine.
Pros: This fan made my video card (Nvidia 7600 GS ) run so much cooler from 52 c. to40c 151 deg. to 103deg. plus it is super quiet my system video is faster also.i recomend this to any one needing a fan for there card and you can't go wrong with fast shippment from newegg they always rock (and the pric...
Summary: I think it looks pretty cool. I might put these types of heatsinks on all my cards from now on.
Pros: Looks cool. Easy to install on an EVGA GeForce GTS 250. I had the card on another motherboard and had to cut the back corner off to get around the front panel wiring. The motherboard died so I refurbished the gpu. It keeps the a steady 45c temp but i'm not really sure what it was before. i use ar...
Cons: I'm not sure how long the fins will stay attached to the memory. not really a con, but it seemed like a week adhesive of some type.
Summary: You need a SATA Motex adapter, or at least I needed one with my setup. I went to my local stores and couldn't find one. I thought that would've left me without a computer for a week since I had already installed the ram heatsinks.
Pros: I have been trying to find a way to lower my ATI Radeon HD 4850 overheating problem for over a year and I'm very happy about this purchase. With the stock fan, idle temp. were mid 50° C and full loads up to 85°C. With Zalman VF700, idle temperature starts at 40°C on boot and full loads only up to...
Cons: None, Copper thing cut my hand, but that's because I had to work in such a small space.
Summary: Kudos to Zalman for making this card very simple to modify (just needed a 1/8" carbide bit under 10 bux)
Pros: for years it kept my 7800gt cool and OCd, and with very minor modification was able to change mounting holes to fit my HD 4670 (replaced the whiny stock fan) and 49C max temp on the low 5v setting.
Cons: not really a con, I had to dremel the inner mounting holes an additional 1/4" to fit the mounting hole pattern. However since this card is not designed for it, can't say it or the manufacturer is to blame.
Summary: Ive had this cooler on 3 different cards and fitment is great on every one!! This one is keeping my 9500 @ ~50c but I believe I could get it down to the ~45c if I use better thermal compound. Zalman has the best tech support/warranty ever.
Pros: Keeps my 9500GT @ ~50C during gaming. Great fitment! Very versatile with ATi and nVidia cards SUPER QUIET!!! Even at full speed you can barely hear it over the other fans Blue LED is not too bright but not too dim either, just perfect All copper construction is great!
Cons: The fan failed after 2 years. One email to Zalman and I had a new replacement sitting at my door 48 hours later. :)
Summary: I put this on an Nvidia 9800 GT BFG after the stock fan died, and I'm GLAD it did. This setup keeps the card so much cooler. This is my first experience with aftermarket cooling, so it shouldn't be too hard for anyone else. Just follow the instructions.
Pros: Easy to install. Runs very quiet. Cools very well. Pretty much all you could ask for in a cooler. My card with stock cooling used to idle at 55c and go to anywhere between 60c and 70c during gaming. With this cooler, my card idles at about 42c and went to 46c just now playing Crysis. Basically, t...
Looks great, full copper construction, quiet at low speed.

Summary: Purchased it to replace the dead fan in my 6600GT then transferred it over to my X1600XT. Fitment was great on both. It complements other All-copper Zalman products like it did my 9500.
Pros: Full copper construction which is great for GPU's which make a tremendous amount of heat. The price is great for what you are getting and it fits many video cards. Its a bit loud at full speed but it lowers the temps about 10c. At low speed you can barely hear it and it still keeps the GPU at a g...
Cons: Your next PCI/PCI-E slow will be usless but it didnt bother me, maybe bother others though. Not worth deducting an egg over.
