Summary: There are big voids on the contact surface between the copper pipes and the aluminium pad. Customer support is non-existent. I will cut my losses and junk the ones I bought, highly not recommended.
Summary: The saying you get what you pay for is true here. Very cheap mounting system. This has the loudest fan I have ever heard on a CPU cooler. I will go back to Arctic Freezer Pro or Cooler master next time.
Summary: The only reason I can think to buy this is if you want a 'cool' looking cpu cooler. Which doesn't hold up honestly, because at the same price point, others make ones that truly work. And they're quiet.
Pros: This thing looks look. It's not that bad to install it as well as Zalman has always had decent solutions for mounting.
Cons: Where to start with this? I'll give the overview - this is no better than the included stock cooler for my i5 processor. Temps were probably 2-3C hotter with this. It's VERY noisy - and no, it isn't a bad fan. When I took it off the processor simply because it was worse than what I had, I noticed it hardly made contact by how very unspread out the thermal paste was (I'm from the school of putting a small dab in the middle). The copper pipes create huge ruts for air to...
Summary: I used this CPU cooler for a weekend and found it to be no better than stock. It installed easy enough and is secure, so I'll give it 2 stars for that and only that. Otherwise, this thing performs no better than the junky cooler Intel so kindly ships with your $300 CPU. It was noisy - compared to the Intel cooler at full load it isn't as noisy, but even idling this thing sounds like a jet engine. It's also bigger than stock and should in theory have a better fan.

Summary: Seems to cool fine but I am very disappointing with how loud it is. My main reason for buying it was because it is advertised as "ultra quiet." Now It's the loudest thing in my case. Louder even than the stock fan at idle temps. I would have definitely purchased something different if I had heard this thing beforehand.
Summary: Overall I am fairly disappointed that the product is not as pictured.
Pros: Excellent mounting mechanism for AMD processors, have read that mounting on an intel board not so easy
Cons: The 4th picture of this product on this website, above, shows a solid copper base. This is not the unit that I just bought. CPU contact area consists of 3 heatpipes separated by small bits of aluminum, thereby reducing thermal efficiency where it is needed most. This heatsink does no better than my stock amd heatsink for a 965BE, infact, it keeps the CPU approximately 4-5C warmer on average at idle and under load.
