Cons: Got these to replace my stock Antec fans b/c I can undervolt them with my fan controller. 6 months into use, one fan started to have loud rattle sound even at 700 RPM range; a year and half later, the other one starts to have buzzing sound at any RPM range. Xigmatek claims the fan has fluid circulative bearing, I don't believe them. I know this isn't Noctua quality, but even my cheapest Coolermaster, NZXT, and Antec fans last longer than 2 years at least. Just avoid t...
Pros: This case is huge and very well built. I did extensive research before deciding to get this case, and it did not dissapoint me.
Cons: I am taking one egg off due to Xigmatek's customer service. The item arrived with a crack in the window, which is not a huge deal since I plan on replacing it with a larger one anyway. However, I contacted Xigmatek asking them if it was possible to buy a replacement window for the time being over a week ago and never got a response.
Summary: Sent it back for refund. Will look for something better.
Pros: Bought this as an inexpensive front case fan. It's large and moves air quite well enough. Simple to install. Blade and air direction clearly marked on outer case. LEDs are not bright or annoying.
Cons: Makes a horrid high pitched whining noise. Certainly louder than 16 dBA claimed on package. And the terrible tone puts that loud noise over the top into annoying category.
Summary: As stated below, if you have a copy of your rebate submission the person to contact is Nicole at firstname.lastname@example.org She will work with you to get your rebate. I resubmitted mine via email, but it did take about 6 weeks to receive the check. The company writes their rebates check once a month.
Pros: I have a Corsair C70 case with two of these mounted to the clear window. At full speed, these are about as quiet as my Noctua fans and move a decent amount of air. I had the 120mm version of these fans mounted to my window before and these are many times quieter than them. The LED's look good, and they aren't ridiculously bright.
Cons: Not free, and the wires could be covered with something to look nicer.
