Summary: I bought this to mount on my AM3 Phenom II x4 black edition. I did not read the part where it was for AM2 motherboards. Luckily AM2 is not that different from AM3 mounts.
Summary: Length:: 1:00 Mins I had recorded few seconds of this Thermaltake cooler sometime you want to see it running before you buy so here it is EASY TO INSTALL REMOVE PLASTIC
Summary: Pros: Looks good. Plenty of clearance for my Corsair Dominator Ram. Not too tall, it fits my case (Antec 1080AMG Plus SOHO) with Asus M3A78-T motherboard.
Summary: This cooler works well, keeping the CPU cool at even low fan speed, and the air blowing through the fins helps cool the heatsink on the MB too.
Summary: I installed this with my AMD 1055T six core, it keeps the temps cool (>55 C at 100% utilization w/six cores OC'd about 10%) and looks great doing it.
Great cooler if you can find it on sale? Mine was $29

Summary: I am reviewing this based on the fact that I only paid $29 new for mine at a brick and mortar store. It dropped my idle and load temps on my Q8200 by 10' with the fan set...
Summary: The whole reason to upgrade is the stock fan is not cutting it. One because the retention system sucks and two because it is a less efficient design.
