Summary: got this to fill the final 200mm spot in my Thermaltake corev71. the fact that the case only came with three of this and not 4 was bogus enough but thats another review. Overall it works....but seems like they go through a lot of these and dont test very much after refurbishing.
Pros: It was in fact a fan that arrived and not a toaster. Both Spun
Cons: -Bad bearing. first one i got sounded like a meat grinder. The replacement i got still has a faint ticking, but i cant hear it with my headphones on which is 99percent of the time so im just going to go with it.
Summary: ---Shame the fourth 200mm fan was not included with the original V71 case. ---If you installed a water cooler radiator, remove the bread-ties securing the cables on the top rack before mounting it.
Pros: ---Perfect match for the Thermaltake V71 200mm case fans. They are all the TT-2030 model.
Cons: ---Fan does not include screws for mounting -- however, they are included with the Thermaltake V71 piece parts ---Need to remove the fan hub of the V71 to install two of the screws ---If you want to link it to the existing hub, you will need to buy a 2-1 fan cable
Summary: I have had many Thermaltake products over the years and have been impressed until now. I would have bought bitfinex instead had they not been out of stock.
Pros: Good price, sturdy build
Cons: Bought 2 of these for my case. They are very loud much louder than the Bitfenix fans I have in my other case. After a month or so one of them is now making a clicking noise. I will have to replace it as it's simply to loud to put up with. Time will tell for the other one.
Cons: The product shipped with screws that are completely worthless by virtue of being 3/8 inches long. The conduits through which they pass are one and an eighth of an inch long, so the product should have come with bolts that were longer than that. I tried using the bolts from the Thermaltake fan tha...
Pros: Great fan. Bought this an add-on for my door on my case. The LED's are bright. The fan is quiet but I can see it getting louder in the future once the bearings start to wear out and may start to cause vibrations which can lead to rattles with the door window. My computer runs 24/7. I really also ...
