Nice Price and Features (but for smaller laptop)

Summary: This is my third cooler and this one is probably the worst of the 3 for my 17in Toshiba. The fan keep the air flowing great through the center of the laptop but the hot spots on my notebook are on the edges. The edges of this cooler are solid plastic which restricts the air flow to the area where it is needed. Design idea would be to eliminate the plastic sides or create a lift to raise the notebook off the plastic so that the air would flow.
Summary: Bought this for my wife for use with her new laptop. She likes that it keeps her computer very cool and sits at a good angle for her when she does a lot of typing. However, she says the fan rattles a lot when it is running and if she puts a little pressure on it (by resting her wrists on the laptop as she types) the rattle gets louder. Other than that, she loves it.
Conclusion: Most of the Laptops are getting higher end and come with greater performance nowadays hence a proper cooling is really required to ensure a longer life span. However not all of the laptops do come with adequate cooling design which might due to constraints of space, size, weight, cost and so on.
Pros: + A Silent 23mm cooling fan, + Blue LED lightning, + On/Off Switches, + USB hub (prefer at least 2 usable ports), + Cable storage hub, + Carrying handles
Summary: So! Das Teil gekauft... VORHER: 90° bei kleinster Anstrengung. NACHHER: max. 81° unter Voll-Belastung. Was etwas stört, das Gerät klappert anfangs etwas stark.
