Pros: When it comes to most efficient and well constructed air cooling solutions, with little to no gimmicks, there is no better option than the Thermaltake Frio Line. Easy to assemble if you follow the directions for either Intel or AMD CPU's. With the Thermaltake store you have easy to find replacement parts and accessories as well. With a very even price to performance ratio there really is almost no reason no to go with any of the Frio Fans.
Cons: The only Con I have encountered is the same with many other fans. On many boards the memory is situated so close to the processor that it does not allow for the taller of the rams to fit
Summary: All in all, I am happy that I purchased this. They seem heavy-duty and already knocked 30 degrees off my processor temps. I wish the fans had built in LEDs, but now I am just nitpicking, so no worries.
Pros: Keeps my CPU cool enough to stabilize it. (I have a bad CPU) Looks absolutely wicked. Nearly silent.
Cons: Could've had LEDs for the extra money. But that's a tiny aesthetic complaint. Tiny screws are easy to lose.
Summary: Really I thought for the price it would be much better than it is. Very noisy when you turn it up pass half way. Also over hangs my ram so close that if I need to replace my ram will be a problem
Summary: I needed a new cooler, and I wanted Thermaltake because its a brand I love and my cpu is all Thermaltake (my case, psu, and fan cpu cooler.) This cooler is huge, it will probably only fit in full size cases. But boy, its a nice piece of equipment. The fan can be heard when you put it on high speed but is whisper quiet on low speed.
Summary: Sp far, I have not had the cooler installed long enough to give it a proper review, but from what I have seen of it, my CPU stays very cool, and doesn't even budge at the games I've played on max settings. Very solid construction, and the install was very easy too. Would definitely recommend for any gaming build.
