Thermalright TRUE Black 120

Conclusion: Well it outperformed all of the heatsinks we have tested in the past. It is also the first heatsink that ive ever seen that truly looks like a work of art. I highly recommend this heatsink if you are not worried about how much to spend and want the best.
Conclusion: At the end of the day the Thermalright TRUE Black 120 showed outstanding performance. It was able to easily keep up with and surpass the Thermaltake liquid cooling. This is quite a feat for an air cooler, as liquid is a much better way to transfer heat.
Excerpt: We somehow missed testing the Ultra 120 eXtreme CPU heatsink, which is currently ranked by most hardware review sites as being the best performing air-cooled CPU cooler on the market today. So when Thermalright asked if we would like to check out their new True Black 120, of course we said YES!
Summary: I originally planned to test the TRue Black on my Phenom 9850, however due to the incompatibility with the stock backing plate, I opted to pull the SI-128SE off my 6400+ BE and install it there instead.
Conclusion: We could go on and on about how good a mounting system the TRUE Black Edition has. Heck, we could also go on and on about how pricey it is but in the end only two things really are worth mentioning: you can take it on faith that this has a great with a user-friendly installation process,..
