  • Conclusion: The HR-01 certainly is one of the best coolers I have used recently. The performance is simply outstanding; it can keep a highly overclocked processor at standard temperatures with ease.
  • Pros: Amazing build quality. , Excellent performance no matter how you use it. , Fan duct improves overall temperatures by pulling exhausted air outside the chassis reducing recirculation. , Supports Dual Core and Quad Core CPUs , Standard Intel mounting system, with a bolt through design available. , ...
  • Cons: The base could be a little smoother. , Cooler is very tall, and can possibly cause issues with some side panel fans.

  • Summary: I've installed the HR-01 on a Chaintech VNF4 with an A64 3000+ Venice. Since all heatsink performance tests are relative (to the ambient as well as a control) I'll be using the stock AMD HSF as well as another one of Thermalright's products, the SI-120, to compare results with.

  • Conclusion: Viele Dinge können am Thermalright HR-01 überzeugen. Darunter zählt die sehr gute Qualität und die einfache Montage, jedoch gibt es auch Schattenseiten beim HR-01. Darunter zählt die nicht vorgesehene Lüftermontage und die lediglich einigermaßen gute Kühlleistung in unserem System.
