  • Summary: It is what it is. Not as reliable as the high end fans, but good enough mounted externally.

Still going (noisily)...

cg49me, Amazon
8 December 2014
  • Summary: I've had mine installed for nearly a year (northbridge cooler on mobo). It hasn't FAILED, but it's a rattler - this behavior started after a few months. For some reason, that seems to just be the eventual outcome on these smaller fans...

perfect for Ultimaker 3D printer

Dzmitry Prushak, Amazon
19 November 2013
  • Summary: Bought it to replace the extruder fan on my 3D printer (Ultimaker, first gen, rev04) and it worked great. If you search online most people will tell you that you need a 40mm fan, but it's slightly misleading because you need a 50mm fan with 40mm mounting holes!
