Cons: The six fan control knobs feel flimsy like they might snap off, and the two temp knobs are a little hard to turn. Very few of the temperature probes stayed attached to the surfaces that I applied them too
Cons: -Screen DID NOT WORK for the first few days. I ignored it because I really just got it for the fan knobs. It started working like four days after I installed. Weird but no problem. -Low setting turns off my fans completely. >.> Not really a con since I'm aware that this would happen but just a note.
Summary: Which is it? So far, a 16.7% defective product rate (1 of 6), or an 83.3% non-defective product rate (5 of 6)? Suggestion: Keep extras on hand.
Pros: This is a six-channel fan controller with all dark accents. The green (channel) and blue (RPM and temperature) OLED display is non-intrusive. For low-noise PCs, I use two of these fan controllers per build. This setup ensures a good balance of lowest noise to best cooling.
Cons: One unit was defective out of the box. Initiated RMA for refund. Re-ordered a replacement. I lost the cost of the return fee for this build.
Summary: remember THE TEMP SENSORS OR FRAGILE, when you install very lightly press on them, avoid any and all tugging on the wire when installing. this product is quality its just the super fragile cheap sensors that made me give it a 3 eggs, i am looking into a after market quality sensor after i type...
Pros: looks very elegant, nobs feel like quality, fairly easy to install just takes time, temperature readings is awesome.
Cons: the temp sensors are very fragile, i mean really really fragile, i installed all 6 sensors and when i started my system for the first time only 3 worked, replaced one to see if it was the sensor or the unit, new sensor worked but when i pressed it on the backplate of the GPU it quit working too. ...
