Summary: It's as quiet as any until you turn it up all the way. Even then, it isn't an offensive noise. The dial is pretty nice. Really once you find a speed that you like, why mess. It lets you tweak that last 100rpm so you get just the right noise level that you are comfortable with while keeping the temps...
Summary: Fan moves air much better than the last fan I ordered, its not as quiet as my previous fan but isn't really noisy and this baby really moves some air compared to the old one. Also the speed controller is a nice added feature.
Summary: Extremely quiet for the speed. Moves LOTS of air too. The only complaint I have is that the included speed control only works with one fan at a time. But if your motherboard has onboard PWM speed control, these fans are compatible.
Summary: No dissertation needed. Rosewill is Newegg's house brand. I've owned a few of these over the last year and they're on par with almost every fan I've come across, even a few expensive ones. Noise level is a little high, but the cooling (moving of air) is excellent.
Have Been Building Computers For Two Decades - Excellent Fan

Summary: I've been involved with computers for two decades now and ever since my first computer, I've always built them via OEM parts. But if there's one thing about a computer component that gets on my nerves the most, it's the fans. You see, electronics (those that tend to get hot) need cooling.
Summary: They work well and are pretty quiet. The also come with a speed control rear panel mount that ties them into an old style drive 4 connector power supply. If the die soon, I'll update the review!
