Pros: Dirt cheap, 5 eggs. Fits AM2/AM2+/AM3. Bought it for my OEM Phenom II Black Edition x3. Hooked up easy... fluctuates from 3068-3125rpms on auto, everything stays around 40C (during the winter... summer may be another story).
Cons: nothing fancy, power cord seemed kind of short but reached fine.
Pros: It installs easily, and dropped my OCd AMD Sempron 3100+ on a K8 Asrock Mobo by about 5 degrees C. The pre-applied heat compound seems to work fine. It was no trouble to get it to fit, even though it is substantially larger than the stock unit. The fan is large and much quieter than the original stock unit. It works pretty good for mild overclocks(2.19 GHz or below), but if you are interested in extreme overclocks, I would go for something cooler and more expensive.
Cons: I would have liked to see the temp come down a little more, but I am still well satisfied with the unit.
