Summary: Solid build quality. The levers feel very smooth going up and down, and the mesh front looks nice (and fits fine as well) in the front of my Define R4. Not much to say about this, works perfect and looks good, as well as a fair price. I'd definitely consider buying this over any fancy touch screen one, because this will just work and you won't run into any problems with fancy touch screens. NZXT products are always good build quality at a fair price.
Summary: Works great fans do not turn off when all the way down but you can't hear them. Bought the four pack of cooler master fans and they work well with it. Some things to note it does not come with any fan splitters so if you have more than 5 you will need to get those. The molex connectors are a little temperamental so try not to unplug and replug them to much. It's about half as short as a standard cd drive so space saving is nice in cramped conditions.
Summary: I didn't need a fancy fan controller with all the RPM reading and everything. Just a simple controller that will allow me to manually turn them up and down. I had to purchase an adapter for my existing fans, since all my fans were 4 pin molex and this has the smaller 3-pin. Yet once I installed those adapter it works just fine and I didn't have to but a whole set of new fans just to work with these.
Summary: Installed fairly easy and I've had no issues so far, I'm running 4 or my 7 computer fans off of it. The only gripe I have is if you have a fan with a 4 pin connection you will have to "modify" the connections on this controller, since they are only built for 2/3 pin connectors. I just used some snips to cut out the side tab of one of the connectors and it worked for me. Great quality overall.
Summary: This thing does exactly what it is designed to do. I opted for this controller because, in my opinion, an analog controller has a far less likelyhood of something going wrong than that of its digital counterparts. Second, the mesh grill blends beautifully with the mesh on my blackhawk case. Third, you simply cannot ignore the price!
Summary: I have one new PC that I was avoiding, because the fans are so loud you can not hear yourself think. This guy does the trick. Wires are going everywhere, so it is not for the neat freaks, but the four chassis fans already had wires running everywhere. This PC has seven fans total, the one on CPU and the ones on each video card are not controlled, just the four chassis fans.
Summary: The installation was super easy. It just mounts in a 5.25 drive bay so it can't really be difficult... One cable to your power supply then 5 cables to 5 fans. It works really well and it's super simple obviously. I could see someone installing this upside down though since it looks rather symmetrical. Just be sure that the NZXT logo is on the right and it's oriented correctly. Of course, up on the slide increases RPM, down lowers RPM.
Summary: This is just a great fan controller! I did a lot of research to get my computer to have variable fan speeds and a controller was what I needed. After a lot of research on controllers themselves I decided on this one. It is wonderful. I was willing to spend up to $60 but this one was much cheaper at around $28. I am so glad I bought this one. I have had no problem whatsoever!
Summary: I bought this because I was hoping to quiet my desktop system, and it worked better than I expected. I replaced all of my case fans at the same time, and even though one of the 140mm case fans that I bought was louder than expected, the fan controller was able to bring it down to manageable noise levels very easily.
