Summary: Solid build quality. The levers feel very smooth going up and down, and the mesh front looks nice (and fits fine as well) in the front of my Define R4. Not much to say about this, works perfect and looks good, as well as a fair price. I'd definitely consider buying this over any fancy touch screen one, because this will just work and you won't run into any problems with fancy touch screens. NZXT products are always good build quality at a fair price.
Summary: My Mobo didn't have enough fan connectors for my new case so I decided to give this a try. Chose this over the touchscreen versions after reading that the touchscreens die quickly. The mesh front isn't even close to a real mesh, just plastic made to look like mesh, but blends fairly well with the mesh on my case (Antec Nine Hundred). Looks cheaply manufactured (what appears to be hot glue is holding some things together), but once it's in your case you can't really tell.
Summary: simple five fan manual control. looks good not over the top. easy to customize air flow to get the best cooling through the case with this. Before this controller my fan software would keep the case hot no matter what , now stays cool even with every thing over clocked
Summary: Works great fans do not turn off when all the way down but you can't hear them. Bought the four pack of cooler master fans and they work well with it. Some things to note it does not come with any fan splitters so if you have more than 5 you will need to get those. The molex connectors are a little temperamental so try not to unplug and replug them to much. It's about half as short as a standard cd drive so space saving is nice in cramped conditions.
Summary: Perfect for adding in more fans than your motherboard can handle. One thing that isn't shown at all from the pictures or mentioned in the details is that the cords to connect to your fans and power are surprisingly long. I ended up buying extender cables, which were not used at all, because I thought they would only be a few inches long like my fans. From the front of my Full sized Corsair 750D case the cables reached the very back without getting pulled tight.
Summary: I didn't need a fancy fan controller with all the RPM reading and everything. Just a simple controller that will allow me to manually turn them up and down. I had to purchase an adapter for my existing fans, since all my fans were 4 pin molex and this has the smaller 3-pin. Yet once I installed those adapter it works just fine and I didn't have to but a whole set of new fans just to work with these.
Summary: Installed fairly easy and I've had no issues so far, I'm running 4 or my 7 computer fans off of it. The only gripe I have is if you have a fan with a 4 pin connection you will have to "modify" the connections on this controller, since they are only built for 2/3 pin connectors. I just used some snips to cut out the side tab of one of the connectors and it worked for me. Great quality overall.
Summary: This thing does exactly what it is designed to do. I opted for this controller because, in my opinion, an analog controller has a far less likelyhood of something going wrong than that of its digital counterparts. Second, the mesh grill blends beautifully with the mesh on my blackhawk case. Third, you simply cannot ignore the price!
