Summary: Absolutely worthless fan controller!!!! I wish I could give it ZERO stars!! I RMA'd my first controller because it only worked in manual mode at 100% fan speed, the auto setting or setting the fans to under 100% speed simply caused the fans to turn off completely. So, I naturally concluded that the controller was faulty. Problem is, the second one I received has the SAME ISSUE.
Summary: LCD touchscreen began to fail in less than one week after installation. Flickering at first and than shutting off completely along with all the fans attached to it. Replacing it with a lamptron fan controller with analog switches.
Summary: It's good, does what it is supposed to. I bought it for an entry level gaming PC... You can run 2 fans on 1 fan power output, Therefor controlling 2 on 1 control. People say you can't but i have and it works fine. Just don't go over the 10 watts per channel.
Summary: having a temperature reading of 5 different locations of my computer helped me dial in overheating issues. for the price, this product has been a lifesaver. the touch screen works great. i have 4 different brands of cooling fans (coolermaster, startech, antec, and thermaltake) and they all work together. A little hint: running all your fans at 60% - 80% speed will cool your unit down more than at 100%.
Summary: First thing this looks amazing on my C70 case love the style it gives it. controls were great simple easy to use leave it on auto and it'll the the rest on its own. cables come with both 3pin and molex so don't worry if you're worried if your fan would work. one thing I don't like about it which is why its 4 not 5 is the range of clear view you have to be looking at it almost straight to it to see the numbers.
Summary: I can say the first one we ordered we open the box in the bag was a loose part noticed that right off the bat. So closed it back up contacted Amazon easy peasy return, so easy they sent a new one so fast it was like 5 business days. They don't mess around Amazon they definitely wanted to keep us happy. Bad thing is take my computer apart to install it my bad I don't have the right connection for it lol .
Summary: Bought this because my 200mm case fans running at 100% was too loud and unnecessary for normal computer use. It is perfect! Pros: - Unlike most 5.25" bay manual fan controllers out there, it actually has 4 places you can screw it down into the bay so that it is nice and stable. - One 4-pin Molex plugs into the cable from your power supply and there are five 3-pin female fan connectors to plug into. Very logical.
Summary: The touchscreen works and it gets every job advertised done as advertised. It doesn't specify that it is, but it is compatible with both Molex and 3-pin-fan power, so it works with more or less any fan. If you have those molex-powered fans and you have more than 5 fans you can string them together in a bank.
