Summary: This is possibly the quietest fan that I own. I have two of these water cooling my cpu since the fans that came with the water cooling unit were letting out a bad whine that was quite audible.
Summary: If your looking to replace the fans in your case you can never go wrong with Noctua. They may cost a bit more but they're a hell of a lot quieter then most of the other fans on the market. Solid build construction and performance too.

Cons: not nearly as quiet as advertised. doesnt push nearly as much air as i would like.
Summary: Switched to this from a coolermaster fan. I am really happy with the purchase. My PC is way quieter, cooler, and less annoying on startup. For the record, coolermaster is fine, but I was using a horizontally mounted sleeve bearing fan, a big no-no, so it made a ton of noise.
Summary: I have a Corsair h100i gtx liquid cooler in my system, and the stock fans are extremely loud. Looked around for possible replacements and these always seemed to be at the top of the list. I can now see why.
