Summary: I put two of these fans in my server to replace the dying fans that were in there. What a difference! The noise level has dropped significantly! Before, I heard the grinding of the fans and the rush of wind. Now, I can actually hear the hard drives. Absolutely amazing. They're a little pricey, but the construction seems solid.
Summary: After installing these, I was so use to the noise on my other computer that I had to look to be sure they were running. After a week or so I could begin to hear them, but they are still very quiet. If one could really love case fans, I would have to say I love these. The silence is golden.
Summary: As I write this, the page says the product is unavailable! Too bad, because I would like more of these - the rubber (yes, RUBBER!) mounts are fantastic and reduce noise and vibration like never before, and it installed in seconds. If they are smart, they will bring these back!
Summary: came with rubber mounting hardware that worked great for the side of my case. Metal guard keeps cords out of the fan. Quieter than the gateway Pentium D blow through case sitting next to it. Buy it.
Summary: Well built and quiet. Ball bearing movement is fast, cool, and should out last sleeve type. Less friction. This fan moves a lot of air and the interior of the case is always kept cool. No need for expensive CPU fans when this device manages the air just fine. I used 2 fans, thus I get the max air flow, hands down. Only complaint is the 2 pin DC connection is not quality.
