Summary: This thing really works, It keeps the memory cool, no matters it is running at 1600 at 1.65V, trust me at that speed and with the voltage the ram sticks really get hot. My only regret is that when I got the fan the only color was blue, and my mobo is black and red, anyway is a musthave if you like to oc your system.
Summary: after 2 month of using. it wear out. the fans do not actually stop to spin, but instead, they starts to produce very very annoying noise when they are working. i had to take them off. my original purpose is to make my pc look more cool by adding more lights, but i am definitely not expecting it goes like this within one year. I do not recommend to buy this ram cooling fan.!
Summary: This item looks pretty sick and it is a neat little add-on. But unfortunately it didn't fit well with my heatsink. Be sure to take into consideration how close your memory dimms are to your cpu slot.
Summary: I was expecting plastic when I bought this. It's aluminum.. better than expected! The wiring looks durable(braided or something, I forget what it's called.) Easy installation. Fans are quiet. No rattling. I just wish I had a transparent side panel. Blue LEDs around the fans-- really cool.
Summary: This is a nice dual fan. It runs very quiet. It glows blue although I do not care. I was just looking for a good dual fan system for my RAM. I had a Corsair dual fan which started having bearing problems with-in 90 days and was noisier. The Corsair was more expensive than the Kingston as well. I received the Kingston Fan in two days. It arrived in perfect condition. Thumbs up on this fan.
Summary: This is a pretty nice add-on to any computer. The led is very bright you could say too bright in fact, it will fill with blue light all the inside of your case. If your chassis have a lateral transparent window this will undoubtedly get everybody's attention. Me personally I have a little trouble installing it because of the width.
Summary: If you're getting 4 HyperX Ram sticks then you're going to need to cool it. It's inaudible in my machine with the case fans going, no small fan whine at all. The blue LED is nice, though it's the only light-up thing in my sleeper setup. It's not TOO bright and gives it just enough glow under my desk at night to tell it's on.
