  • Pros: Affordable, easy to put together.
  • Cons: Did not work for long, customer service was not very good. The reservoir does not fit into a midtower case very well at all.

Huge Mistake to buy this!

Anonymous, Newegg
16 October 2008
  • Summary: Would never buy again.
  • Pros: Quiet, cooled well while it worked.
  • Cons: Fills case, leaves no room to work. Difficult to move. Pump failed on TWO systems I purchased 1 week before the end of warranty. New Egg refused to honor the warranty without the original packaging including accessories used for installation. Manufacturer warranty starts on MANUFACTURE date, mine...

  • Summary: Will post their response later.
  • Pros: Worked good (for 3-4 months) and installed with ease.

Headaches......

Anonymous, Newegg
19 December 2007
  • Summary: Liked my old thermaltake cooling system until it burned out. (after 2 1/2 years heavy gaming) That was discontinued though and no replacement parts. Looking for something new.
  • Pros: Specs looked good with reviews. Parts assembly was pretty easy. Liked easy to fill tank.
  • Cons: Doesn't work. Installed exactly as directed. Added coolant exactly as per instructions, repeatedly worked air bubbles out, system still shut off. Contacted tech support, no help. tech support asked me everything that I had already told them, and could not give me answer as to what was wrong. Told...

Leaked on first use

Chris B., Newegg
2 November 2007
  • Summary: Might be OK, if you use stronger clamps on the pump component and always use the pump assembly in the upright position. I put my case on its side for a minute to adjust a fan contact and the fluid leaked in to the pump assembly. Directions are not very clear in the manual.
  • Pros: All in one kit. Water block is solid and the active cooling fan for CPU is also useful.
  • Cons: The pump/reservoir leaked from the pump output on first use. I used the included clips, but it still leaked. Using a stronger automotive type clamp fixed the first leak. Once this the reservoir is filled, if you tilt it on it's side the fluid leaked into the pump assembly (Yes, the top was on fir...
