Summary: Easy to install, and pretty powerful fans. I installed these two fans over my 16bg memory sticks. They clip directly to the memory sticks on each side, so you'd better hope there is no charge going across the sticks. Otherwise, this device has worked just fine for 3 years.
Summary: Was very skeptical about this cooler at first. If it falls off, its heavy enough to break something. There are two factors that kept this cooler working for me. 1. I took my time installing, and made certain it was firmly in place without ripping the set screws out. 2.
Summary: I really like the idea. It does what it is supposed to do. The fans are ridiculously loud. Almost to the point where I might take them off and sell it, but not quite. Let's be honest, while they do serve some functionality, the appearance is pretty cool.
Summary: This little ram-fan does a great job of keeping your sticks cool. It's a little noisy on highest setting, even in a Corsair 550R Obsidian case. Don't let that alone keep you from purchasing. If your sticks are hot, this'll do the trick.
Summary: Works good, not too noisy. Make sure you have the room for it, I'm pretty cramped with the chiltec right next to it. Update - Not quite a year later and one of the fans is making a horrible rattling noise.
Summary: Easy to install & remove for cleaning. Feature bonus adjustable height. Azza case, mobo Asus P6X58D Primium with Triple Channel Viper Patriot DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz 6x2GB Ram sticks. keeps my Triple Channel RAM an ICY 23c :P under full load, while OC'd by 5% runs 28c/88F! Peace: Cacheburn
