Seems to work fine.

Tom, TigerDirect.com
23 October 2013
  • Summary: Works fine. Simple to install. Just make sure you have enough room. A mini or Micro ATX board just doesn't have enough space between the CPU and memory slots to accommodate this rig and whatever CPU cooling solution you choose unless its a water block.

Glad that it broke after only 6 months.

Steve,, TigerDirect.com
22 August 2013
  • Summary: I bought this 6 months ago when I filled my 6 memory slots with 24G of Vengeance DIMMs. My previously quiet Cooler Master with it's slow, big fans and open air design was very noticeably noisier with the pair of whiny, high speed fans on this thing. It was a little tricky getting it mounted correctly mostly because the DIMMs have a slight curve to the heat sinks and the base of the fans is flat.

Fits okay

nocomplaints, TigerDirect.com
3 April 2013
  • Summary: I have 4 sticks of corsair dominator. If your memory has high heat sinks, this fan won't fit. The fan is designed to attach over the memory clips of the motherboard. I had some waterlines coming off my CPU waterblock that made me shift the fans over a tad, but I managed to get a plesant installation. I wouldn't advise you put this in until everything else is in place, because they won't stay attached long if you bounce the system around much.

Fans are not quiet and after a year fail

Jeff,, TigerDirect.com
10 July 2012
  • Summary: I ignored most of the other reviews regarding the sound seeing that some did not have problems and went ahead and purchased this over a year ago. Before a year was up, these fans started making a horrendous racket. I cleaned them with compressed air but it is something internal. After a year, one of the fans started failing and would not turn. The value is horrible because like so many others in these reviews these fans did not live up to expectation.

Works very well

JEFFH, TigerDirect.com
25 March 2012
  • Summary: Works very well but installation can seem a bit strange. I have mine on an ASUS Crosshair V with Corsair Dominator RAM and it fits great, but a bit of tweaking is required to get it to fit just right. Once done, it works great and definitely helps keep RAM cool. Quite and effective once properly placed.

BB's?

EmRBlue, TigerDirect.com
2 March 2012
  • Summary: While installing it i realized i had to bend the tensioner thingies to make it snug or else it would fall off. Plenty of room on my ASUS sabertooth 990fx with kuhler 620. Feels sturdy until i turn it on, then it sounds like the fans are hitting bb's!

Extra Cool And Affordable

William, TigerDirect.com
15 January 2012
  • Summary: I find this a little cramped in both my cases. It stations very close to the CPU cooler. But besides that, it was very easy to install and gives a little extra airflow for a cheap price.
