Cooler Master Seidon 240M Liquid CPU Cooler Video Review
26 April 2013
Summary: The Cooler Master Seidon 240M Liquid CPU Cooler is the solution for many looking for a fantastic All-In-One Liquid Cooler. It performs really well, is affordable and easy to install. With a fantastic waterblock, quiet pump, durable tubing, large 240mm radiator & two 120mm fans, this cooler is win win!
Summary: We like the Seidon 240M, this kit can be compared with the more niche heatpipe based coolers. The big plus of course is the extremely cool looks inside your PC and the very low noise levels.
Realistically the Seadon 240M shows good cooling performance, and sufficient performance with more extreme tweaks. The dual 120mm radiator makes a difference, cooling capacity is definitely good enough for even an overclock.
Cooler Master Seidon 240M Water Cooling System Review
27 March 2013
Writing this review I couldn’t help but keep coming back to and thinking about the
legal issues surrounding this cooler
. And for whatever reason that caused me to have low expectations of it. Even before I pulled it out of it’s lovely box I had already made up my mind that it couldn’t be anything special and to be frank, I was blown away and shocked by how well it performed.
Pros: Price is perfect, best bang for your buck, Great performance, Packaging/kit is top notch, Blue LED lights to indicate pump is running
Cons: Fans are loud, Not a very clean install, Blue LED lights whenever pump is running
Excerpt: Cooler Master has made it this long in the aftermarket PC parts game because of one major thing, and that is the ability to adapt to what is new in the rest of the world. What I mean to say is that if you look back at what they started with as something like the Cosmos 2 in cases, they have definitely learned a trick or two.
