Summary: One ofthe fan blades became unstable after a couple months, causing serious vibration and jamming in the chasis. It eventually broke off the rest of the fan array. Definitely not buying this again...
Summary: This product looks like it would be good, except for a major design flaw that made me return it. The cord is connected to the left side of the USB. For a macbook this means, the cord is in the way of the other USB port, or is in the way of the thunderbolt port used to connect your laptop to your TV.

Summary: Works well but the USB cord that connects it to the laptop gets pulled up through the holes in the bottom and breaks the wings of the fan off. i've lost all of the wings and had to glue them back on :/

Summary: Seems sturdy and looks good. The air flow it provides is minimal. It doesn't drop my laptop's temperature by more than a couple of degrees (and maybe not even that). Somewhat noisy, maybe comparable to a big desktop PC.
