200mm Coolermaster Fan
SAMUEL N., Newegg
20 June 2014
Summary: Make sure it can fit your case. 15 1/2 cm or a little over 6 inches width / long. I believe its around an inch deep as well. I was able to slide it in between my CPU sink and the top of my HAF 912 case to install. Other cases might not be as forgiving.
Pros: Fantastic looking, works great, minimal noise and all around performer.
Cons: It's a monster. It scares the neighborhood children.
Pros: Tried so many case fans in the 200mm range and nothing comes close to the CFM+Noise ratio of this fan, not even bitfenix or corsair! This fan goes flush with any Cooler Master case that supports 200mm obviously so don't go astray with any other brand if you own a Cooler Master case. Easy installation and comes with adapters.
Cons: Price & not a removable magnetic blade, should take note from Enermax fans!
Summary: I got this fan for keeping my shed cool in the summer. The neat thing is that it runs off of a solar panel and it works great. It keeps the temp cool in the summer. Just as planned. It made for a great project.
Summary: I built a living room system and needed a big fan for heat dissipation in the top of my HAF XB. The main requirement was good air flow, and was followed very closely by quiet operation. I am happy to say that it meets both criteria very well!
Summary: these fans are really cool massive sized 200MM and they are super quiet. They really look nice and move a lot of air. I thought they would be a lot noisier b/c of their size , but they barely lake much noise period. great fans even though they are a little pricey in my view. the color of the led is a very soft blue that is very pleasant to the eyes. no cons on this item at all.
Summary: I have yet to install this fan, but I can say that I am pleased with the purchase. I bought this as a second "top" fan in my Cooler Master HAFX computer case. The case comes with one of these fans already in the top, back fan position. I bought this to add to the empty fan slot on the top, front position. I know that it will fit because I verified that this is the same "part number" as the one already installed.
Pros: Its 200mm, that means more cool for less rpms, which makes it nice and quiet. The temps of my cpu dropped 8c after I put this in because the case fan was able to to pull the hot air out of the case more effectively which meant the CPU fan didn't have to spin as hard. Fits in a haf 912.
