Summary: Bought this based on the high number of positive reviews to replace a failing 7 year old stock fan. Not sure if other people don't mind the noise or if mine is faulty somehow. Placed a support ticket with Cooler Master.
Pros: LEDs are bright and colorful. Easily fits in Thermaltake Armor+MX case.
Cons: Seems excessively loud. Easily twice as loud as all my 120mm fans combined. I have a really hard time believing it's running at the advertised 19 dBA.

This fan does not seem to be built to handle the high end performance applications that demand high air flow.
Summary: There are so many reviews, informal on mining/gaming forums and formal on gaming and tech blogs saying this fan is the best on the market. Perhaps. But for true speed and top/side exhaust, do yourself a favor, get a turbo mini home fan, 20cm/9inch and try to use that in tandem with removing the...
