Summary: After contacting Cooler Master, consulting a forum and Google extensively for confirmation the cooler was installed properly for the socket 1155 CPU, it was determined the first unit I got may have had a warped block. I RMA'd with Newegg and just attempted to install the replacement.
Pros: For me, sadly, there are none.
Cons: After using two different units, I found this heatsink would not contact the top of the CPU fully, and as such would not cool.
Summary: You have to remove motherboard to put on, unless you have a removable one. I think this fan has potetional but for some reason i nor my peers could figure out was why i was getting absolutely no cooling on it, my contact was really good, it was a tight fit though.
