Summary: This item never arrived. Contacted Amazon, who refunded the purchase price of the cooler. That's very GOOD service. Could not ask for any better. I did out source the purchase of it. It is a decent cooler. It is big and heavy. You have to use your brain to install it. Have a case that will compliment it, and feed it cool air.
Summary: I have this totally new build and my first time buying an aftermarket CPU cooler. The thing I like best about the Cooler Master GeminII S524 is the pipes touch the CPU. I noticed the others don't do this. There may be some that do but I didn't see them. The fan is whisper quite. The cooling fins touch my two sticks of Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1866 MT/s (PC3-14900) which I like a lot.
Summary: This thing is HUGE, but it fits just fine in my Cooler Master 430. My only complaint is that, in my particular case, it is too large to allow a 120mm fan to be attached to the top vents, but that is not the fault of the cooler. I have read reviews about the back plate touching the case, but there is an insulating film on the plate that keeps them electrically separated, so it is not a problem.
Summary: Pictures and videos don't do this thing justice. It's massive, and even better it came with thermal compound. The only trouble with it is the installation.. it's a little bit awkward but it works and it stays on with no issue. I'm glad I went with this cooler instead of the other options i was considering as they would have rendered 1 or two of my RAM slots unusable. This thing towers right over them and barely makes contact with my Kingston Vengeance RAM.
Summary: This thing is a hoss. with the stock 120mm on it, it keeps my cpu temps at around 30-33 with playing games. I put a 140mm on it and it stays between 28-31 degrees. I do not have a problem with it clearing my memory and I got the G.Skill Ripsaws. It looks good and I can feel the air blowing all over the memory and around the board.
Very good CPU cooler; quiet and has a unique form factor
EBGB "G", Amazon

Summary: Pros: - Fits my case - Has dropped my CPU temps 5-10 degrees idle and under load - Quiet Cons: - It's heavy, I mean HEAVY. But any non-stock cooler this size will have the same problem. Luckily my motherboard is sitting flat. - not a ton of clearance for really big, silly RAM heatsinks I got this cooler because my AMD Phenom XII 965 BE stock cooler was loud and started making whining noises (after only a few days of use, unfortunately).
