  • Conclusion: While Asus may not be the first to come to mind when it comes to CPU cooling to most people, my perception of Asus' thermal solution products greatly changed when I took a look at the Asus Arctic Square back in May. Last month, I received an Asus Silent Knight II cooler along with the incredible Asus P5E3-Deluxe/WiFi-AP@n motherboard based on the Intel X38 chipset.

Installation is straightforward (although you'll need to remove your motherboard to fit the backplate), and its performance left us in no doubts as to the benefits of those six copper heatpipes.
