Good fans, good airflow and tend to be quiet, however not exactly as expected.

Summary: These work great and are very cost effective. I was impressed by the packaging and the quality of the product. I am disappointed that some of mine were not truly 4 pin. They have the two which power the fans and the do have the pin which allows the motherboard to modulate their voltage, which is...
Summary: I have used Arctic Cooling fans for many years, back when 80mm was the most commonplace. I used to swap out noisy case fans in OEM built PCs and have them dead silent and performing perfectly.
Pros: Purchased 4 of these to add to my kids gaming rig (which uses Corsair 200R case). I installed two as exhausts in the top and two as intakes on the side panel. The two up top were reasonably quiet however the two I placed on the side panel were obnoxiously loud. In either case there is NO WAY thes...
Cons: All 4 much louder than anticipated there is no way these hold true to a 22dba rating - unless this test was conducted @5v. 2 of 4 were OBNOXIOUSLY loud (whine type sound) so bad I had to turn them down to 30% to make it tolerable.

Summary: Got 2 of these fans and they work great. The pass through system works great as 80MM fans are typically positioned side by side but mITX boards only have 1 aux fan header. They do great pretty loud but that may have more to do with my BIOS not letting my fans go below 60%.
Great Value Buy compared to well know/ and more expensive brands

Summary: Ok lets be honest...Not every computer needs Noctura or other super premium fans but you still don't wan to buy the cheapest thing out there. Well I can say in the 2 weeks I have had these running I can't recommend a better PWM fan for the price.
Summary: The fans are very quiet compared to the stock fans that came with my cooler and case. They are not completely silent, but then again, you aren't paying $25 or more per fan, so it's expected. Air flow is comparable to stock fans, even though these spin at slower speed. The value box is a great deal.
Summary: Arctic F8 PWM 5 pack: The PWM Sharing (daisy chaining) feature is very nice. I used it to run 2 case fans off of my 4 pin "Sys_fan" output and my CPU fan on the other. Thanks to the PWM feature, they are nice and quiet, usually running at 700 RPM case - 1800 RPM cpu.
