Excellent cooling

  • Excerpt: I purchased this heatsink to cool two MOSFET devices for a 10A programmable constant current generator. Perfect cooling for what I use it for , quite fan , controllable RPM by PWM.

Odd fitting but does the job

Scan
10 February 2015
  • Excerpt: Seems a bit of an odd fiting method, I'm not entirely convinced that it puts the same pressure onto the CPU than the standard intel push pins or the Freezer 7 rev2 fitting. Seems to do the job though, it's quieter than the stock intel cooler, temps aren't quite as lowered as I'd hoped, but they're plenty good enough.

  • Excerpt: Low profile, very quiet. Recommended On a micro ATX mobo I had to turn it 90 degrees to avoid conflicting with the memory slots. Still works very well, though.

  • Summary: It seems like a nice cooler. It's light and easy to position on your motherboard, easy to place the base of the cooler and its frame.... BUT the plastic frame at the top that screws into the base, snaps really easy if you try to do it tight. At first I thought it was my electric screwdriver that did it, but when I brought another of the same and manual tightened it, it snapped again. Dodgy!

Ventirad reçu sans les vis de fixation

GéraldH "Geg", Amazon
6 December 2014
