Summary: I bought 2 more after my initial purchase, so I would say I am very happy. Just wish they came with more silicon mounts.
Pros: I am very happy with these fans. The pull thru silicon grommets are a great way to mount on the case. If you can not use the grommets for smaller holes a screw will work just fine. Make sure you do not over-compress the silicon mounts when you tighten them down.
Cons: It comes with 5 pull thru, non reusable, mounting grommets. Please start sending these with at least 8. They can not be reused after you trim them per the instructions, so if you need to move or remount the fan you are out of luck and will have to find some screws that will work.
Summary: The fan speed setting is pretty insignificant of a con however. Great fan and would highly recommend them.
Pros: Extremely Quiet as well as effective.
Cons: This model fan has to options for fan mode speeds. Simply one is high and the other is low. This is fine but the problem is the fact that the fans speed is controlled by a switch attached to the fan itself and requires me to open up my case to adjust the fan speed.
Pros: Good quality LED is nice and bright Quiet at high speeds
Cons: The toolless installation thingies suck. This is why I docked an egg. If I ever have to move the fan to a different area of the case I think I will pretty much have to cut them out and then what? Don't think I can mount it with screws.
Summary: Sure, it's just a fan, but this fan works great and is a excellent value. It also has a very interesting mounting design. It uses soft mounts with rubber "rivets" that you pull through the case and the fan mounts then trim them off. This design completely isolates the fan from the case.
Pros: 2 speed, very quite, unique mounting design, great value
Summary: The TrueQuiet 120mm serves as an excellent subtle, quite, and low-vibration case fan, whether running at low or high speed. The fan arrives in easy to open packaging, with simple clear instructions, and multiple power connection options (i.e., both four-pin Molex and three-pin header connectors).
Summary: I got one of these to replace a noisy fan in a case with two fans. Even though the other one wasn't defective, I decided to order another one of these and replace that one too. The fan comes with rubber pieces to mount it.
Summary: Antec has been my go-to case company since it started out. Always a quality affair. On top of that, Antec has great customer service. Patrick, who I think is in charge of customer service, usually answers the phone and replies to emails. Like I said, he's the best in the biz.
Pros: Quiet. The quietest fan I've used. Can't tell the machine is on. No Vibration. Plastic-to-metal contact because mounting corners are made of rubber. Effective. Moves enough air to help my high power i7 and Radeon card cool as cucumbers. Attractive. LED models work nicely and distribute light on b...
Cons: Not wild about the rubber mounting things. Hard to deal with in tight spaces. Doesn't really matter, though- you can still use screws in and through the rubber mounting corners.
Summary: Bought 2 Of These Fans About a year and a half ago, Just Bought 2 More to Replace the Rest of My Fans. The Only Noise I Hear Now is My Hdd Storage Drive, Even on High Speed. Very Pleased and Would Highly Recommend.
Pros: Quiet, Adjustable Speed, Rubber Mounts, and Rubber Fasteners
Summary: I am Antec's long loyal customer, from case, power supply and all kinds of fans, but this one I am very disapoint. It took me some troubles to replace a noise case fan to this one and expect it will solve my problem and worth the effors to do it.
Pros: Good design and good materials.
Cons: Quality concern, not sure I can RMA it, even I can the shipping fee might able to buy a new one instead.
