Summary: An overall good product, I would recommend. I've two on a media center PC that I wanted extreme quiet from. It has accomplished that and the fans are barely audible 10ft away, where I sit from the unit and TV. Pros: It is quiet on the lowest setting. It likely meets the stated 19dBA in the product listing. Alighted and mounted on my stock heat sync from a HP desktop purchased in 2010. (Unable to determine model.) Three manual settings for fan speed.

Summary: Works great, though I'm not sure if on the low speed it's really on for my computer. So I keep all my fans up on high just to be sure. The blue color is bright and goes with the rest of the blue in my computer already. Though if I could, I would have chosen to have no led lights on my computer because while it looks cool, it's not necessary.
Summary: I've been a fan of this fan brand for some years. It installs, it works and has a slight hum, noticeable only when you pay attention. At this price you can't go wrong. I wanted one with red LED, but found it cheaper in the Cooler Master JetFlo 120. If my PC is any more silent, then its dead. The choice of a 3 pin to motherboard connector or a molux is great if you're not sure about the connections. Remember it's one or the other.
Bought 2 fans 10 months ago. One is showing signs of failure already.

Summary: These fans are bright, silent, and can really cool a computer down. All in all a great purchase. The problem is that I bought 2 to replace 2 older fans while adding some extra light to the inside of my rig. Things went well for the first few months but for the last month or so, one of the fans has been making a loud clicking noises that is getting worse each time I start up the computer.
