Louder than my 120mm fans but works well with airflow

Summary: I have this on the side window of my case. It does the job but, it's way louder than my 120mm cooler masters on speeds 2 and 3. Also one of the LED lights were out. But other then that the product itself works just fine and has a good airflow.
Summary: I picked these up for a clear fan with leds. Didn't realize it says cooling fan with 3 SPEED switch. I replaced them for the blue led fans. But if you do not care, then they worked fine,a nd had low, med, and high speeds.
Summary: It is a cooling fan and did bring the case temperatures down to within acceptable ranges. I had to add a fan because a replacement power supply (also purchased on Amazon) did not move enough air. I like the speed selection. Its not very quiet however.
Summary: These fans move a lot of air at their highest setting. Unfortunately, they're noisy at their highest setting, and their lower settings don't scale down in noise as much as the fan scales down in flow. Still, they're effective, and if noise isn't an issue for you, they do their job exceptionally well. I'll probably be trading them out for something more quiet soon, but they do the job for now. They just make my PC sound like a vacuum cleaner.
Summary: Have 3 of these fans, and they have been just fine. Working well in my system. I keep them on low setting. The medium is just a bit too noisy for me since I'm paranoid and have the tower right up on the desk by my head. But installation was a nightmare. The screws are made from very soft metal and become stripped VERY easily. My advice: (1) Use a Phillips head screwdriver that has a lot of grip both in terms of gripping the screws and gripping leverage for you hand.
Summary: I purchased a micro tower case for an i3 build and it only had 1 rear exhaust fan, it did not have a front intake fan. So I purchased this fan to bring in some cool air though the front that will help cool the dimms and then create a vortex effect that will get sucked out by the rear fan. I modded the case by adding this fan and it is being held in place with zip ties.
Works without modification in (some) Dell Dimension 8200

Summary: << Original review - see update, below >> This is a perfectly usable fan for a Dell Dimension 8200. I recommend it for anyone needing to replace a failed fan. It is less impressive as an upgrade. I bought this fan hoping to reduce noise and heat in my Dell Dimension 8200. The fan has not made any significant difference to the temperatures inside the computer. The fan is not significantly quieter than the original fan.
