Summary: Standard aesthetics. Good LED light. Great performance.
Pros: I initially bought as an exhaust fan for my AZZA Solano 1000R CSAZ-1000R. I have tried a couple of other fans, but this fan performed so well compared to the others that I decided to buy two more for my front intake.
Cons: None in my opinion. I keep each individual fan running on high speed. The case fan volume is not noticeable compared to how loud my video card can become on max speed.
Summary: I only bought these over the "two cool" series fan which the DF-85 case by Antec uses, there was no indication on purchase that the fan control cables were ridiculously short. I opened my old case fan that was experiencing problems and cleaned it, so it works again and I have two of these as backup, however they should start stating the length of the cords.
Pros: has a 3pin/ 4pin molex convertor built onto it with a long enough cord to reach any full ATX tower.
Cons: The fan speed "control box" has around a 6 inch cable compared to the "two cool" series foot long cable. I bought these specifically for the fan control to reach the housing station in my DF-85 and if housed in the very bottom rear of the case, unless I cut and splice the cables I won't be able to do so.
Summary: No Dead LED's on arrival with this batch however, my last blue batch, from the same company (Newegg and Antec) had resulted in two fans out of three not having dead LED's. I do recommend these fans.
Pros: 1200=very quite,1600=a little whine on the side window-intake position, or 2000=noise if not playing games, game sounds will drown them out, these are the optional fan speeds with attached switch. Awesome red LED's in Ultra Black CM Storm Scout 2 looks great. Price reduces per piece with increased amount purchased. $1.99 shipping but that is reduced also, on a purchase of three, my shipping charge was $2.99
Cons: Fan speed switch could be longer or at least come with an extension capability.
These fans have obviously changed - noisy and dim - do not buy!

Summary: I don't know which fans all of these rave reviews are pointing to, but the fans I received, which are indeed Antec Tricool Red LED fans, are garbage. The good: The wiring is well thought out and high quality. There is an included adapter which allows you to run the fan off a molex and still have a separate 3-pin cord to plug into a fan controller or motherboard to read the RPM output. The switch is easy to access, and easy to use, and feels solid.
Summary: The best part about these fans is that it has a 3 mode switch attached to them. So you can plug these into a power supply via molex adapter and still control the fan speed. Also the LED's in the fan are really bright!
