Summary: Bought an open-box online, received a b-new one and worked for about 1 month before the fan motor died. You have to screw it upright for stability. Worth the purchase on discount not worth it fill price. Satisfactory at best.
Pros: Good CFM., Blue LED Lights., Adjustable positioning., 3 speed setting.
Cons: Adjustable neck is flimsy., Loud on High., Died in 1 month after using it.
Summary: The noises after a couple mounths is bad, but it's a overall good cooling FAN for everything you want to; (northbridge, southbridge, and mosfet heatsinks) Would Purchase Again, if really needed.
Pros: It's perfect for the northbridge, southbridge, and mosfet heatsinks cooling needs. You can push the air where you want to.
Cons: Flexible (cheap) plastic make the FAN easely mouve from the center support., Fan make clicking noises after a couple mounths.
Summary: it was cheap so i figured i would give it a shot. leds are brightalthough i could do without and put some tape over them. the blade housing is flexible plastic and can rub easy and make noise. however it does have multiple speeds and when i shortend the shaft it works really well at keeping bridge cool with ultra 120 not moving air over. it looks decent compared to some home made stuff so i might actually say i would buy again.
Pros: blows air ,looks decent, keeps thing cooled with three speeds
Cons: flexy housing can rub ,shaft is loose wont hold a shape when bent
Antec Spot Cool: Cool Your Computer - Spot Fan Review
23 March 2008
Summary: Introduction ########## A friend of mine had this to cool his memory, but then later decided to purchase some better memory. He gave me this to see if I could make some use of it. I didn't really require and additional motherboard cooling but thought id still give this a try. So here is my review. The Fan ####### It's a really nice 10cm fan which is designed to be mounted wherever you want additional cooling.
