Summary: Perfect for what I needed. I had a Radeon hd 7950 not getting proper air into the fan. So i pointed this directly at the intake fan and temps dropped almost 12c. which is really really really good.
Pros: moves a decent amount of air. the arm stays in place when you bend it. nice led lighting.
Cons: i wish the arm was stayed exactly where i bent it, it moves over time because of gravity. the weight of the fan itself is pretty light, you could just zip tie the neck a cable or something to keep it in place.
Summary: I got it for free with one of my orders. I see why.
Pros: -Cool looking -Fan works -Different settings are handy -Quiet
Cons: -Only worked for about 1-2 months before it started falling apart. I was partially to blame though because I kept fiddling with things inside my rig. -The mounting screw is absolute trash. It wouldn't stay up on it's own, I had to prop it up on something when it did work.
Summary: I don't understand a comment left on this product. 1. The light is WAY to bright. - I hope you have your fan facing the appropriate way, the "exhaust" side of the fan is where the LED lights are. They cascade a pleasing glow on my MOBO, not in my face.
Pros: A great versatile cooling element! - Great build quality - Rotating head - Great accent lighting - Pretty darn quiet even on HI.
Cons: - The neck doesn't support its on weight when mounted level or above fan head. (see comments below for fix!)
Summary: I used this in my old case but took it out because the case was so small, and the fan was larger than I thought. New case now and I have it blowing at my GPU, notice 10c Cooler when gaming. Very versatile.
Summary: Not the best made thing in the world. The gooseneck isn't that flexable and I have 1 LED that likes to go on and off at random. However it does a good job cooling my VRM/NB heatsink on my M5A99X EVO R.2.0 during overclocking.
Summary: I had chipset fan on my motherboard fail and unfortunately it was an uncommon proprietary size and it was causing the computer to crash and reboot all the time. This worked perfectly by positioning this fan to point towards the chipset to keep it cool and the computer hasn't crashed or rebooted...
