Summary: Antec builds a decent fan. Use these in the top rear of a case, on low speed. Pulls heat off the North and South bridge coolers. Have 8 cases equipped with them. Quiet. Have some in the rear of cases. Systems get a little warm, flip the switch to medium, and their cool again. Can be connected to 4 pin molex or 3 pin motherboard. Adapter included. This one happens to be lit up blue. Pleasing, my Mrs. likes it, went in her ride. Last about 3-4 years.
Excerpt: This fan runs silently in the bottom of my PC case and casts a blue hue over the interior of the case giving it an attractive glow at night when the lights in the room are off. Very satisfied with this fan.
Summary: Meets all of my expectations. Prior to installing my cpu would idle around 37°C and under gaming or usage load it would get up to 56-58°C with ambient room temperature around 22°C. Once I installed idle temperature is 27-29°C and while gaming and media streaming it doesn't get above 47°C. Using on a stock clocked i5 2500k sandy bridge with a discrete gpu.
