Summary: Put that on my AMD 6300 and the load temperature dropped by 4 degrees at least compared to the cheap paste I had from the corner shop. For some reason, I like the ergonomics of the applicator. I was used to tiny unwieldy tubes but this one worked like a charm.
Summary: Decided to try this one over the Arctic Cooling MX-2 because it was on sale. I was not able to spread it with the little plastic thingy because of the thickness(dryness). I thought the formula wasn't right with this batch so I went with the grain of rice technique of applying thermal paste and then I checked the spreading and it was nice enough for clamping back the HSF and powering the machine. Temps were in par with the MX-2.
Pros: Working very well, Très bonne performance
Cons: Not spreadable(bad batch?), Ne peut être napper(mauvais lot?)
Summary: Went from 33 degrees idle(I reinstalled cooler a few times), to 25 degrees idle on this stuff. Have not tested load yet but it seems to be great. Only slight issue is you might need a tiny bit more then the usual due to its difficulty to be spread. There is an included spreader.
Pros: Very very good thermal paste. drop temps by 7-8 Degrees on 2500k with Antec 620 H2O, Noctua P12 fan.
