is there any other choice?

Kalm Traveler, Amazon
19 July 2015
  • Summary: Bought this to replace the one in my Twelve-Hundred V3 case, didn't realize that this replacement doesn't have the blue LEDs of the original. Don't really care because I turn off all the LEDs, but it's kind of annoying because the switch doesn't sit snugly in the case, since the case hole was meant...

  • Summary: nice and quite. on low speed in goes about its business silently pulling a slow breeze out of a warm server closet. hope it lasts a few years in 24/7 use.

Put it in an Antec 600 v1

CAPS ON!, Amazon
17 October 2014
  • Summary: I have an Antec 600 which had a Tricool LED fan. Since it seems like that fan has been discountinued, I opted for this instead. This fit perfectly in my case and the speed switch mounted correctly in the slot so it is accessable when the case is closed up.

Saved my Antec Case.

Erik Carlson, Amazon
30 April 2014
  • Summary: Works great. Thanks. Would have been introuble if I didn't find this fan. All my local computer stores don't have a 200mm fan. This is a great fan for the case. Might order one more as a backup in case I break a blade or something...

Quiet and mod-able

Jeffrey R., Newegg
29 January 2014
  • Summary: I just drilled a couple of holes in the plastic of the fan to get 4 holes to line up with my case (a Cooler Master Stacker 810) and it mounts on the side with no problem.
  • Pros: Dead silent at slowest two speeds, and very quiet at the fastest. Moves a lot of air.
  • Cons: Like all large fans, it has brand-specific mounting holes.

Quiet

Cgreedy, Amazon
22 October 2013
  • Summary: I bought this to replace my top fan on my antec 900 case. Fits like a charm and comes without the light. Works out well cause now I'm not bother by the bright lights during late night gaming sessions. Quiet too.

Does a decent job

Amazon Customer, Amazon
6 May 2013
  • Summary: Had this fan for awhile now and have no problems or issues. I guess you have to be careful when cleaning this fan - this is done using 'canned air'. There have been no discernible issue in terms of noise or performance.

Great Air Mover

Harold S., Newegg
23 November 2012
  • Summary: I will keep this fan until it stops running on high or the bearings give out completely. It has been a great fan and I cannot say enough about the Antec case. This thing is huge, has a ton of room for all my components, including 2 huge video cards, and it moves a ton of air.
  • Pros: This fan really moves the air through my Antec Full Tower and was extremely quiet even on the highest setting. I purchased the case about 2 years ago and the Fan has worked flawlessly until the last month. It is a 3 speed fan which works great for me as the temps in my office change dramatically ...
  • Cons: About a month ago, the fan started making a clicking sound when running on high. At the same time, the fan will stop spinning when the computer goes into a sleep/hibernate mode and not start back up unless I blow on it or use an air canister to manually get it spinning again or reboot the compute...

decent fan

Benj F., Newegg
6 June 2012
  • Pros: Decent performance for the noise created. This replaced an nxzt 200 mm that was pathetic (I had to underclock my 5830s by 200 MHz and they were still at 90 C). It pushes a lot of air, but given the large diameter the velocity is slow, which results in less cooling potential as compared to a 12 cm...
  • Cons: None so far.

HAF X Fan Replacement

Brad Brist, Amazon
3 February 2012
  • Summary: This fan is advertised as a 200MM, works great but for this case (HAF X) the bolt holes do not quite line up with the cases orginal holes. I like the veriable speed but have to open case to switch speeds. Noise is just about illiminated, quietest fan in the case.
